For this episode of “Shaken not Stirred”, we bring you a cocktail created by Fairmont Battery Wharf , who have given afternoon tea a modern makeover with a contemporary take on the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts tradition with the Green Matcha Martini.
You will need:
- 50 ml of cucumber-infused vodka
- 25 ml of honey syrup
- 25ml fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 tablespoon green tea matcha powder
To make: Infuse thinly-sliced cucumber in your favorite vodka for three days. Then to in an ice filled shaker, add all the ingredients and shake well. Double strain and serve in chilled martini glass, garnished with a sliced cucumber. Enjoy with your favourite afternoon tea treats.
