For this episode of “Shaken not Stirred”, we bring you the aptly named Between The Sheets - well it is found at a hotel bar - from the team at The Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel. Simple and easy to make you will be able to impress your friends with this one all evening long…
You will need:
- 25ml white rum
- 25ml brandy
- 25ml cointreau
- 15ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
To make: add all the ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker and mix well. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.
