Social Connectivity - Laurel Robbins
Laurel Robbins is an adventure travel blogger: she lives to travel and loves to hike and dive – pretty much exploring our planet any which way she can.
Although Laurel’s Canadian, she is now based in Germany, where she has lived since 2010. Her passions are: castles, small towns, quirky places that offer unexpected adventure, mountains and monkeys (well - actually - any and all animals … even sharks!) With a background in business and education, Laurel holds a Business Management degree in marketing, a B.Sc in Primatology and is a Master of Education in Adult Education and Global Change. Working in education for over twelve years in positions ranging from teaching English in S. Korea and Thailand to environmental education at a zoo, Laurel is now an online entrepreneur running MonkeysandMountains.com. She is also one of two European Board Members of the newly formed Professional Travel Bloggers Association and won the “Travel Blogger of the Year Award” from the Travel Writers Association.
