On the highest part of Azerbaijan’s capital city of Baku stands a very different, innovative and contemporary building designed by HOK International known as the Flame Towers. Comprised of three curved towers forming the shape and essence of a flame, this mixed use complex is symbolic of this historic “land of fire” and features offices, residences and a five star hotel - Fairmont Baku.

Due to open spring 2013, Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers is housed in one of the three towers and features 318 rooms, suites and apartments, over 2,300 square metres of multi-use meeting space, an extensive ESPA facility and several restaurants, bars and lounges including an authentic French patisserie and a speciality steak-house. One of the tallest buildings in Azerbaijan, the Flame Towers complex enjoys an enviable location adjacent to the Azerbaijan parliament buildings and Baku’s ancient Inner City, overlooking the Caspian Sea.
