To commemorate Independence Day this year from, well, us Brits, we reprise the stunning Goodwood Punch devised last year by master mixologist Eric Lorincz of The American Bar at The Savoy London. This refreshing punch is the perfect accompaniment to any BBQ or summer gathering.
The Great Goodwood Punch featured on the cocktail menus of The Savoy London for the summer season 2013 and proved to be a highly popular light summer cocktail. Over 126,000 cocktails are mixed and served at The American Bar each year.
45 ml London Dry Gin
20 ml Rhubarb Juice
30 ml Cloudy Apple Juice
15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup
Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl with ice, stir well and serve over ice in a medium goblet or white wine glass. Garnish with one slice of cucumber and 1/2 strawberry.
