For this episode of “Shaken not Stirred” we bring you the newly re-opened Mercure Box Hill Burford Bridge Hotel’s Espresso Martini. Made with extra strong espresso, Tia Maria and cream this is a really indulgent version of the popular cocktail.
You will need:
- 50ml Tia Maria
- 50ml espresso
- 50ml vodka
- cream and coffee beans to garnish
Add the Tia Maria, espresso and vodka to an ice filled cocktail shaker and mix well, the double strain into a chilled glass. Slowly poor the cream down the back of a bar spoon (or tea spoon) so that it sits on top and garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy after dark…
