In celebration of the forthcoming game season, The Merrion, Dublin, announces the launch of a gourmet Game Menu, available for a limited time, between 2nd-16th November inclusive at the celebrated Cellar Restaurant.

The Cellar Restaurant at The Merrion offers a relatively new dining experience for Dublin gourmands, having opened at The Merrion in March 2003. Offering fresh regional ingredients and well-presented food with an Irish flair, the restaurant is the perfect place for a leisurely dinner or a business lunch amongst the stone tiled ambience of the vaulted cellar.

Executive Chef Ed Cooney�s Game Menu features simple, well prepared food, dedicated to the finest Irish ingredients and impeccably executed. Chef Cooney has combined the best of seasonal ingredients to create an epicurean delight, guaranteed to titillate the taste buds. Examples of selections from the Game Menu include:

Mallard Duck, Woodpigeon and Foie Gras Terrine with Glazed Fig and Red Onion Compote

Tea Smoked Gresingham Duck Breast with Ruby Grapefruit and Pickled Walnuts

Starters on the Game Menu range from �5.50-�7.50 (approx. �3.70-�5), mains range from �15-�28 (approx. �10-�19) and desserts range from �7-�8.50 (�4.70-�5.75).
