The Cellar Restaurant at The Merrion offers a relatively new dining experience for Dublin gourmands, having opened at The Merrion in March 2003. Offering fresh regional ingredients and well-presented food with an Irish flair, the restaurant is the perfect place for a leisurely dinner or a business lunch amongst the stone tiled ambience of the vaulted cellar.
Executive Chef Ed Cooney�s Game Menu features simple, well prepared food, dedicated to the finest Irish ingredients and impeccably executed.
