Dedicated Spa Butler: The specially trained Spa Butler works with the guest, starting in advance of arrival, to create the personalised activity programme; arranges all activities; and sees to any and all guests’ needs throughout their stay. The Spa Butler is a seasoned therapist who understands nutrition, fitness and health.
Multi-Faceted Activities: Your personalised programme may include bodywork, meditation, nutrition, alternative spa medicine elements, fitness classes, pilates, different types of massages, exfoliation and hydration treatments, facials, a dietary regimen, herbal remedies, vitamins, elixirs and juices with nutritional powders, swimming, light weight, cardio and stability training, as well as saunas, foot massages and Jacuzzi time.
Measured Results: Physical evaluations are conducted to mold the guest’s personal activity programme including: Polar BodyAge, which determines actual or “lifestyle” age (as opposed to chronological age) and “achievable” body age; and Visia Complexion Analysis, which analyses beauty potentials through deep observation of the face. These evaluations are conducted again at the end of the stay to measure results and help prepare the continuing at-home programme. Equally important, the evaluations are maintained in databases at the resort so guests can chart their progress on return visits.
Private Treatment Room with Rainforest Shower: All treatments and therapies are given in the guest’s own state-of-the-art treatment room within the Spa Suite. A highlight is the large walk-in Rainforest Shower offering a unique hydro experience that includes steam, extra-wide “rainforest” shower which can be set from a gentle rain to a hard downpour, a waterfall that tumbles on your back at your preferred pressure, multiple nozzles that spray you from different angles, and infusion with a choice of aromas from sage to rosewood.
