The chance to participate in the UK’s very first French property auction is just one of the highlights of The France Show, which brings the flavours of France and cheers of the cancan dancers back to London next January.
The popular French lifestyle and property show, which takes place at Olympia on 23-25 January 2015, showcases all that we love about France, from holidays in the sun to good-value properties and great gastronomy. Over three days, visitors can sample fine wines and foods in the French market, get inspiration for their next cross-Channel holiday from tourism experts, view dream properties from across France and get the all-essential tax and legal advice needed for buying abroad.
The first French property auction in the UK – a selection of French properties will be sold to the highest bidders for the first time in the UK in this exciting event held in partnership with UK-based company French Property Auction. In the lead-up to the sale, a range of properties will be available to view via an online catalogue.
Expert travel advice – join some of the UK’s leading experts on France including Carolyn Boyd, editor of FRANCE Magazine, to discover hidden treasures and handy tips for getting the most from cross-Channel travel.
Recipe inspiration from top chefs – the Flavours of France Theatre is the stage for a lip-smacking line-up of culinary figures. Guy Wolley – chef and former chocolatier at The Savoy – is joined by Michel Lemoine of Bistro La Barrique in Bath and Franck Raymond of Augustine’s Kitchen in London to create Gallic treats for the crowds.
Wine-tasting with Bordeaux Wines – join in the sipping and slurping at the guided wine tastings – one of the show’s most popular features. The sessions are an opportunity to find out more about Bordeaux, one of the world’s greatest wine regions, and discover wines to enjoy throughout 2015.
The France Show is an inspirational mix of property and lifestyle and incorporates the French Property Exhibition. Here visitors can browse thousands of properties from all over France, from renovation opportunities to new builds, châteaux and ski chalets. Experts are also on hand in the free property seminars to offer advice on all the essentials including tax, making a living and settling in to a new life.
With so much on offer, a visit to The France Show is a must for those seeking a sunshine-infused boost to the New Year.
